Overview
DX120. The new addition to the iBasso
portable player's line priced at $300. A new design featuring Type-C USB,
coaxial and 2.5mm balanced connections, with DAC support as well. It may skip all
the cool add-ons such as Bluetooth wireless playback or WiFi streaming, but
brings a nice battery performance that reaches up to ~16 hours. Solid Mango OS
interface and excellent touch screen response, and with just a simple goal,
pure sound quality that surely delivers.

of their most affordable IT01 IEM with a single graphene driver, the IT04

time with a higher 4 driver hybrid setup keeping the single graphene dynamic
driver combined with 3 Balanced Armature units from Knowles. A brand new design

Lear Kaleido
Review: Lear Kaleido - Triple Hybrid (Universal fit)
Overview
The
LUF-Kaleido (or Kaleido, in short) is one of the newer models from Lear, well known
Hong Kong based audio company. A company that has been in the portable audio
market for years offering a nice variety of products, from in-ear sets (both
universal and custom fit), cables and amplifiers. The Kaleido uses the rather
popular triple hybrid setup of one dynamic and two balanced armature drivers,
with a less standard design which is also customizable in color and faceplate
options. A nice looking earphone that doesn’t compromise much with the sound
bringing a warm, rich and smooth presentation which is fun to listen.

Overview
Flagship
IEM model of the new Accutone higher line. Featuring a hybrid dual setup of a 10mm
dynamic and a single Knowles BA (WBFK). With a fixed over-ear design in a
strong red color and standard detachable MMCX cables. Powerful and warm sound
in a slight dark tonality with smooth midrange and more laid back treble
combined with a strong bass response. At the higher $300 price tag it may be
very lacking in accessories set, though the sound tuning is quite nice.
Accutone Gemini HD
REVIEW: Accutone Gemini HD
Overview
Gemini
HD IEM, one of the higher models from Accutone audio company, with a single
Beryllium dynamic driver of 8mm diameter, a mix of stainless steel and aluminum
shells and three different tuning nozzles. While there are still some
reservations on the overall cable quality and the almost none included
accessory pack, the Gemini HD still offers a really impressive sound quality at
the price of $129.
